TO ASHTEAD PET BOARDING
We are a family-run, experienced, fully insured pet boarding service, welcoming all kinds of indoor and outdoor small furries and family pets to our Holiday Home in Surrey. We also operate Ashtead Guinea Pig Rescue alongside the boarding business.

The boarding business uses an online booking and administration system. Please note – we only provide boarding for outdoor rabbits (who must be neutered and fully vaccinated – please see our T&Cs), guinea pigs, hamsters, gerbils, and tortoises. (Not dogs or cats).
The system will let you know if a potential space is available and send the request to Ashtead Pet Boarding. We attempt to provide the most appropriate accommodation for every individual pet. This means that sometimes a space will appear to be available but actually is not appropriate for your pet(s).
A 30% non-refundable deposit and admin fee are required to secure a booking. This is required within 7 days of the booking.
Any questions about the care of guinea pigs or if you would like a home visit to chat through your guinea pig’s needs or for nail clipping/fur trimming – give Carolyn a call. We are happy to help and only ask for a minimum donation for this service which goes towards our rescue work.
